Sign-up & Waitlist
You can sign-up for your classes up to 1-week prior.
If a class is full, we recommend adding yourself to the wait-list. If it is more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time, you will automatically be added to the class you are wait listed for. You will receive a confirmation email (only if you've opted-in to receive email notifications). It is your responsibility to check your schedule to see if you've been added from the wait-list (if you chose not to receive email notifications).
You may cancel reservations up to NINE HOURS prior to Early AM class times; 6:00, 6:30 & 7:00AM, and FOUR HOURS prior to all other scheduled class times. Reservations cancelled within of the 9 or 4-hour period will be subject to a class deduction (for class series holders) or a $15 late-cancel fee for monthly members.
You must be checked-in at the front desk at least 15-minutes before class begins
as reserved spots will be made available to people on the wait-list 10-minutes prior to the class starting.
Preparing For UNION
SNACK: We recommend eating a light snack 30 minutes before you ride.
drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated.
So be sure
to have water before, during, and after your class.
WHAT TO WEAR: We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.
ARRIVE: You must be checked-in at the front desk at least fifteen minutes before class begins as reserved spots will
be made available to people on the wait-list 10-minutes prior to the class starting.
