Beginner Spinner

New to spin, or just curious what Union Cycle is all about? Join us for a 50-minute session, led by our new Union talent, designed to educate new riders on the best practices of spinning. The structure of this class is as follows: 10-minutes to review bike setup, cycling positions, and how to use the bike’s resistance to tailor your own workout, followed by a 35-minute ride and 5-minute stretch.

FAB Ride

Ride your way to F’abulous abs with a 30-minute spin class that will strengthen and tone your lower body as you get your heart rate up. This is followed by 20-minutes of intensive abdominal work off the bike. It’s your perfect hybrid!

Union Bike n’ Barre

This class guarantees a full body workout by combining 30 minutes on the bike followed by a 30 minute booty burn at the Barre. This class is the perfect combination of cardio, strength and flexibility for those looking to burn fat fast and maximize your calorie crush in 60 minutes.

TRike

Bike + TRX = TRike! Start with 30 minutes on the bike to improve leg strength and get your heart pumping, and then head to the straps for a TRX workout to build upper body and core strength. Your body will transform into a top-notch urban athlete in no time.

Union Cycle

Kick it into high gear with low lights and superb soundtracks. Union Cycle will tone your upper body, increase stability and coordination, and improve your cardio fitness. This 50-minute sweat session is led by passionate instructors and driven by the music! We balance between the resistance on the bike and the rhythm of the beat to motivate you through your ride and help you achieve your maximum calorie burn!

Yoga Ride

Yogis and Spinsters rejoice!  This 30-minute spin and 45-minute slow flow yoga combo gets your heart pumping and limbers you up all in one session.  It’s the perfect balance!

STRENGTH

Looking for a more personalized and challenging, full body, high intensity workout? Union has a variety of class offerings to fulfill these STRENGTH-based desires.

TRX

Burn calories and tone muscle with this Strength and endurance workout. Fire up your core, hit every major muscle group and get ready to sweat with this total-body TRX Suspension Training workout!

HIIT

This HIIT workout uses short bouts of high intensity intervals in order to help you burn fat and increase your endurance in as little time as possible.  Blending body-weight cardio, strengthening exercises and plyometrics this short workout is a great way to get maximum calorie burn and a metabolism boost that lasts up to 48 hours post-exercise!

The Circuit

This 60-minute workout utilizes the studio for a workout like no other! Circuit set-up full of plyometrics, TRX, cardio drills, core exercises and lots more. This will be your hardest workout of the week! High-energy circuit training at its best with loud bumpin’ tunes.

Union Strength

Union Strength – The name is both a description and a goal! This is a 30 minute, intensive class that focuses on building strength. Strength training workout emphasizing toning and muscle definition with high reps; targets every major muscle group. Challenging exercises using body weight, dumbbells and other equipment will target the lower and upper regions of the body. Modifications for beginners will be provided.

Core Kickboxing

A class that blends functional kickboxing techniques with strength exercises. With the core being such a crucial part of kickboxing and boxing, the strength exercises will target all of the muscles in the body while maintaining core activation at all times. The kickboxing techniques will be high intensity movements to optimize cardio and maximize calorie burn.

YOGA

Union’s Yoga Studio adds the benefits of a consistent yoga practice to your healthy lifestyle. Our philosophy is to harness the principles of strength, flexibility, and balance in every class that we provide.

Our classes feature a variety of teachings – adjustable for the beginner through the advanced. Unlike many yoga studios our classes provide infrared heat which warms the body (not the air) providing for a breathable efficient therapeutic workout that removes toxins, burns fat, improves flexibility & joint mobility, promotes healing, reduces muscle stiffness, decreases soreness & inflammation, increases circulation, improves skin tone, promotes weight loss, enhances heart function, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and speeds cancer recovery.

Core Yoga

This class will focus on improving alignment and range of movement to help members build a strong foundation in their yoga practice. Practice will include gentle flows to work on Sun Salutations, followed by deeper studies of the mind and body through asana and breathing practices. Excellent for beginners while tailoring challenges for more experienced yogis.

Warm Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a specific form that consists of long held passive postures. It allows the deep layers of constricted tissues to unblock through its gentle pressure on the fascia, particularly around the hips and lower back. The slow pace creates a restful, nourishing yoga experience, allowing you to stretch tight muscles plus relax... you deserve it!  Temperature is warm (30-32 degrees).  All levels welcome!

Hips & Shoulders Yoga

The
ideal class after a good bike ride or for desk jockeys who simply have
tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders. Class will begin with a gentle
flow, incorporating yoga postures that stretch the major muscles around
the shoulders, hip joints and legs.

Hot Flow Yoga

Turn it up a notch with yoga in an infrared-heated room.  This power flow yoga class will take your mind and body to the next level. Strengthen your muscles, burning big-time calories and increase flexibility in tight overused muscles (chest, hips and shoulders). This class is perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.  Temperature is hot (35-37 degrees).  Don't forget your mat, towel and water bottle!

Sculpt Flow

Get sculpted in this yoga with weights class that has the feel and flow of yoga that people love, with the benefits of weight training that people need. Booty Barre

Developed by celebrity fitness expert Tracey Mallett, this workout fuses Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to tone, define and chisel the whole body. It’s the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. No dance experience required.  Please wear your grip socks!

Barre X

Part barre and part TRX, you'll be sure to get the best (and hardest) parts of both!  Though not required, it is smart to have taken the regular version of each of these classes first. This is a fast-paced class, and a little familiarity goes a long way. Please wear your grip socks!
