The structure of this class is as follows: 10-minutes to review bike setup, cycling positions, and how to use the bike’s resistance to tailor your own workout, followed by a 35-minute ride and 5-minute stretch.

Led by our passionate and authentic instructors, this is indoor cycling at it’s best. Our Star Trac Spinner bikes are both SPD and Look Delta compatible. We also provide shoe rental for $2.
This slow flow class is suitable for cyclists, runners & other fitness enthusiasts! Stretch the legs & hips, open the chest, strengthen the core and bring balance to over-trained muscles. We'll end with a sweet restorative chest opener to counteract hours spent on the bike. Be prepared to sweat a little, improve your breathing and feel good all over. Temperature is 28-32 degrees C.Don’t forget your mat, towel & water bottle!
