Union Cycle

New to spin, or just curious what Union Cycle is all about? Join us for a 50-minute session, led by our new Union talent, designed to educate new riders on the best practices of spinning. The structure of this class is as follows: 10-minutes to review bike setup, cycling positions, and how to use the bike’s resistance to tailor your own workout, followed by a 35-minute ride and 5-minute stretch.

FAB Ride

Ride hard and ride smart for 30-minutes, then get centered and stabilized with 20-minutes of core work off the bike. Get Sweaty. Get Strong. Get Centered.

Ride + Flow Yoga

Get strong, get sweaty, and get your heart beating in a 30-minute music driven ride followed by a slow flow yoga practice to help you realign and recover.

Ride + Recovery Yoga

The PERFECT Spin & Yin combination. Get strong, get sweaty, and get your heart beating in a 30-minute music driven ride followed by 30 minutes of yin yoga to help you realign and recover.

Ride + Roll

Ride to the beat then unwind the tight spots. 30-minutes of sweat, power and strength on the bike followed by 30-minutes of therapy ball-rolling self-massage to erase built-up tension and help you recover.

TRIKE: Bike + TRX

TRike! A 30-minute beat-driven sweat and strength dance party on the bike followed by 30 minutes of TRX training to sculpt your upper body and core.

FULLY LOADED

Barre + Yoga Strength

A dynamic barre & yoga practice infused with functional strength to awaken your deepest sense of stability. With the use of props and weights move mindfully outside of the box to sculpt your body and tone your core. Breathe, strengthen, empower.

HIIT Circuit

High intensity interval training using body-weight, free weights and resistance in a creatively designed circuit to tone, sculpt and empower your whole body. Get Sweaty. Get Strong.

TRX Strength x Core

Light up your core through abdominal inspired stabilization work. Use TRX resistance training to stabilize your core. Feel the burn. Get Centered. Get Stable. Get Strong.

Strength X Upper Body

Strengthen, tone and define all along the top shelf. A strength training class on your own mat  that uses body-weight, free weights and TRX resistance to sculpt your upper body for improved form and function.

Strength X Full Body

UNION RECOVER

Move with mindfulness and guide your attention toward your body through conscious movement, breath work and self-care practices designed to help you move with less pain and a greater sense of freedom.

Flow Yoga

An alignment-based flow, guided by the breath, will allow your body to move freely.  Strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility in tight overused muscles (chest, hips and shoulders) and clear the mind.

Yin Yoga

A practice designed to bring you into deeper layers of internal awareness and release tension in the fascia, musculature, and connective tissues. Longer holds and a lot of space to feel into the body through breath, awareness and mindful movement.

TRX Body Blast

TRX FatBurn

This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class. Have fun and watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of jumping, burpees, and intense strength work on the TRX straps. Oh yeah, and did we mention there will be burpees?

TRX Strong

If you want cardio, look elsewhere. TRX Strong will push your strength to new levels using the TRX Suspension Trainer, free and your own body weight. Challenge yourself in this rep-based workout featuring more advanced strength exercises and progressions

Strength HIIT

A 60-minute High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) workout that takes you into overdrive to go hard, push harder and get fitter, super fast!  The exercises combine free weights, suspension training (TRX) and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power. 

Our SPIN classes are designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and energy, boost metabolism and help you burn mega-calories to aid in weight loss.  These classes are for all levels. Led by our passionate and authentic instructors, this is indoor cycling at it’s best.  Our Star Trac Spinner bikes are both SPD and Look Delta compatible.  We also provide shoe rental for $2.

Spin it Old School

A new spin on some old favourites.  Groove your way through this old school, butt-kicking Union cycle class! The music will take you back as you sweat to the beat of these funky favourites!

Beginner Spinner

Hip Hop Humpday Spin

New school, old school, all the Hip Hop beats that you love in one amazing 50-minute ride! Hills, attacks and sprints will keep you sweatin’ and lovin’ every minute of this midweek spin party!

Yoga For Athletes

This slow flow class is suitable for cyclists, runners & other fitness enthusiasts! Stretch the legs & hips, open the chest, strengthen the core and bring balance to over-trained muscles. We'll end with a sweet restorative chest opener to counteract hours spent on the bike. Be prepared to sweat a little, improve your breathing and feel good all over. Temperature is 28-32 degrees C.Don’t forget your mat, towel & water bottle!

Hot Flow

Union's Hot Flow is a powerful mix of traditional Bikram poses and Vinyasa flows. Classes flow to modern music in our infrared heated studio. Strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and restore balance - all while you sweat out toxins and flush fat! This class is perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike. Temperature is 37 degrees C. Don’t forget your mat, towel & water bottle!

Sculpt Flow

Get sculpted in this yoga with weights class that has the feel and flow of yoga that people love, with the benefits of weight training that people need. With dumbbells as the prop of choice, Yoga Sculpt takes traditional yoga poses and adds strengthening exercises to help you get stronger and longer!Temperature is 28-32 degrees C. Don’t forget your mat, towel & water bottle!

Booty Barre

Developed by celebrity fitness expert Tracey Mallett, this workout fuses Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to tone, define and chisel the whole body. It’s the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. No dance experience required.  Please wear your grip socks!

Barre X

Part barre and part TRX, you'll be sure to get the best (and hardest) parts of both!  Though not required, it is smart to have taken the regular version of each of these classes first. This is a fast-paced class, and a little familiarity goes a long way. Please wear your grip socks!

The Circuit

This 60-minute workout utilizes the studio for a workout like no other! Circuit set-up full of plyometrics, TRX, cardio drills, core exercises and lots more. This will be your hardest workout of the week! High-energy circuit training at its best with loud bumpin’ tunes.

F’AB Ride

Ride your way to F’abulous abs with a 30-minute spin class that will strengthen and tone your lower body as you get your heart rate up. This is followed by 20-minutes of intensive abdominal work off the bike. It’s your perfect hybrid!

Yoga Ride

Yogis and Spinsters rejoice!  This 30-minute spin and 45-minute slow flow yoga combo gets your heart pumping and limbers you up all in one session.  It’s the perfect balance!

TRike

Bike + TRX = TRike! Start with 30 minutes on the bike to improve leg strength and get your heart pumping, and then head to the straps for a TRX workout to build upper body and core strength. Your body will transform into a top-notch urban athlete in no time.
